Our objective at Otter Lake Cabins is to create a fun, relaxing family environment. To esnure that all of our guests have a positive, enjoyable experience while visiting with us, we have put together a list of guidelines that we expect our guests to abide by. They are as follows:
absolutely no pets
no RVs or tents on or in front of the property
the number of guests in each cabin is not to exceed the limit as outlined on our website. This is necessary due to limitations on our septic system.
absolutely no smoking inside the cabins and request that cigarette butts be placed in the ashtrays provided on the decks
check out ime is 10am and check-in is 4pm.
during peak seasons we request that our guests abide by this to give our housekeeper adequate time to clean between groups
during non-peak times we are happy to accommodate an earlier check-in or later check-out when possible. This may be particularly desirable for weekend bookings. This can be requested at the time of booking and guests may be requested to call a few days prior to arrival to confirm this.
